Investment Portfolios 

The investment has a major role in the economic activity, in particular with the current changes, and we, in "ADAM" provide our investors with one of the major means and tools which is forming and managing investment portfolios aiming at maximizing the wealth by increasing the benefit according to the investor vision, in addition to providing additional liquidity and decreasing the risks that may be confronted by investors so that the portfolio managers can determine the appropriate distribution of the portfolio components in order to reach the best assortment, The portfolios management's nature has 3 types:

 Portfolio contract for securities custody

The company custody the Securities and any other documents of the client's as per applicable laws and regulations in this area in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law and agreed investment criteria.

The company also notify the client with the date of General Assembly of the companies that the client has shares in, and take necessary action for the collection of annual profits for these shares on behalf of the client and be deposited in the portfolio's account determined by the client, the company also provide the client with reports of all transactions made on the portfolio including its financial position on a monthly basis.

Portfolio contract managed by the client

The client authorizes the company to sell, purchase, retain investments, withdrawal of funds, deposit, transfer and direct engagement in the portfolio, according to the written instructions of the client, as per the applicable laws and regulations, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the agreed investment criteria, In addition to the services stated in the Portfolio contract for securities custody.

Portfolio contract managed by the company

The client authorizes the company to invest the portfolio's funds in sale, purchase and custody securities, and in the withdrawal of funds, deposit, transfer, as per the applicable laws and regulations in this area, and in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the agreed investment criteria.

The company manages the investments of the client according to the technical principles in order to achieve the client's best interest, based on the priorities of the client's strategic investment, in addition to the services stated in the Portfolio contract for securities custody.
