Al Dar Assets Management Company (ADAM) was set up as a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company on April 06, 2004, in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law No. 15 of 1960 and the laws amending the said law. The company is registered with the Central Bank of Kuwait as an Islamic investment company, with a paid-up capital of KD 50 million on April 2004. The company is specialized in the vast and promising Islamic financial investment field. ADAM has a unique investment entity, distinguished local and foreign relations, and a distinguished customer base of those wishing to invest in Shari’ah compliant investments.

ADAM is a member of the Investment Dar Co. K.S.C.C. Group, which is one of the pioneering and leading Institutions in the State of Kuwait and in the region. It is also the group’s investment arm. The incorporation of ADAM comes as the completion step of the successes achieved by the Investment Dar Co. on all levels and in all fields.

Although newly incorporated in the local market, ADAM had commenced activities in the finance and investment industry long before that, namely at the beginning of 2002 when it was a specialized independent department providing financial services and investment asset management services at Investment Dar.
